Shower Valve Pressure?

Installed new cartridges in shower (two handle) but now the water pressure is very very low. Removed cartridges, tried to clean out valve, turned on water-super flow. Put cartridges back in….very very low flow. Removed cartridges and added spacers for more clearance at the T, nothing changed. I know this is not rocket science. Open the valves they T mix and flow. What could possibly be wrong. Without cartridges I get super pressure. With cartridges, very low pressure. HELP?

Most of the new shower heads come with flow restricters in them. Sometimes the instructions will have a section on how to remove them. If not it is fairly simple. take a look near the mating threads and you might notice a piece of plastic with grouvs or holes in it . Just remove it and you will get your pressure back.
